Detailed Analysis of Core Refrigeration & Heat Transfer Accessories — The Foundation of Stable Temperature Control System Operation

02 07, 2026

In refrigeration, HVAC and industrial temperature control systems, condensation and evaporation units are the core carriers of heat replacement. The heat exchange efficiency, operational stability and fault resistance of equipment rely entirely on the coordinated operation of various precision parts. Each component performs its own function, adapting to the differentiated working conditions of heat release condensation and heat absorption evaporation, and is suitable for diverse scenarios such as low-temperature refrigeration, industrial waste heat temperature control and commercial HVAC.

1. Core Accessories of Condensation Units

The core function of the condensation unit is to cool and liquefy high-temperature and high-pressure gaseous media. Its core components focus on efficient heat dissipation and pressure-resistant sealing to ensure rapid heat conduction and release.

The heat exchange core is the key heat dissipation component, mostly adopting corrugated plates or high-efficiency tube-fin structures formed by precision stamping and seamless welding technology. The ultra-large heat exchange contact area can quickly take away heat from the media, cooling the high-temperature gaseous refrigerant evenly and condensing it into liquid. The core can be made of stainless steel, copper alloy, anti-corrosion carbon steel and other materials according to working conditions, adapting to different environments such as clean water cooling, air cooling and corrosive industrial medium cooling.

Sealing and pressure-bearing components include special sealing strips, welded sealing layers and pressure-bearing end plates. Adapted to the characteristics of high-pressure gaseous media, the sealing accessories have the properties of high and low temperature resistance, aging resistance and penetration prevention, which can effectively avoid medium leakage and water vapor infiltration. The pressure-bearing end plate is made of thickened plates to evenly disperse the operating pressure of the equipment and prevent component deformation and gap leakage under long-term high-pressure working conditions.

Flow guiding and auxiliary accessories include splitters, liquid collecting pipes and fixed brackets. The splitter evenly distributes the flow direction of gaseous media to avoid excessive local heat exchange load and ensure uniform heat dissipation of the core; the liquid collecting pipe collects the condensed liquid media and stably transports it to the next process; the fixed bracket stabilizes the overall structure, offsets equipment operation vibration and extends the service life of components.

2. Core Accessories of Evaporation Units

The evaporation unit realizes cooling by relying on liquid media absorbing heat and vaporizing. Its parts focus on low-temperature adaptation, anti-frosting and efficient heat absorption, suitable for low-temperature phase change heat exchange working conditions.

The evaporation heat exchange core is the heat absorption core with a refined flow channel design. The precisely optimized flow channel gap allows the liquid refrigerant to spread fully and flow evenly, maximize the absorption of heat from the environment or media, and complete vaporization and phase change rapidly. The special flow channel structure can also effectively avoid medium retention and uneven heat exchange under low-temperature working conditions, ensuring the stability of low-temperature refrigeration.

The throttling and adaptive accessories are special throttling and flow guiding components that can accurately adjust the medium flow and velocity. It matches the medium supply according to temperature control requirements, preventing ice blockage caused by excessive flow and low heat exchange efficiency caused by insufficient flow, which is a key accessory to balance evaporation temperature and stabilize system working conditions.

Anti-frost drainage and protection accessories include drainage grooves, anti-freeze guard plates and sealed heat insulation gaskets. Condensed water generated during low-temperature evaporation can be quickly discharged through drainage grooves to avoid water accumulation, frosting and ice blockage of flow channels; heat insulation gaskets isolate external temperature interference and reduce cold loss; anti-freeze guard plates protect the core and prevent component damage caused by extreme low temperature.

3. General Supporting Accessories

Both types of heat exchange units are equipped with general accessories such as pipeline flanges, positioning fasteners and shock absorption gaskets. Standardized flanges are compatible with various industrial pipelines, featuring convenient installation and docking and strong sealing; positioning fasteners ensure accurate fixation of the core and frame to prevent operational deviation; shock absorption gaskets reduce equipment vibration loss and slow down component wear.

The accurate matching and intact state of various core accessories are the key to the efficient, stable and low-energy operation of the temperature control system. Targeted material selection and regular inspection and replacement of accessories can effectively avoid faults such as leakage, blockage and heat exchange attenuation, and greatly improve the service life and operational stability of the entire temperature control equipment.
