For stubborn dirt, it can be soaked with a special cleaning agent and then scrubbed. After cleaning, check whether the plates are damaged or deformed, and reassemble after confirmation.


During maintenance, it is necessary to regularly check the status of the seals. If aging or damage is found, they should be replaced in time; every 3-6 months of operation, fasten the connection between the plate bundle and the shell to prevent loosening and leakage; before long-term shutdown, drain the internal medium and purge the flow channel with dry air to avoid corrosion. These operations effectively reduce maintenance costs and downtime, saving a lot of manpower and material resources for enterprises.
